I come here to watch a movie occasionally because it is so close to my house. However, this theater needs to make a lot of improvements. First of all, a lot of chairs are broken. When i went there to watch a movie, my chair was so broken I almost fell from it. Secondly, food is mediocre. Nothing special. Typical over-priced movie theatre food. I ordered wings and they were soggy and very salty. I always ask my food to come out hot but it never does. It is kinda warm and cold sometimes.
However, the servers always have been pleasant and that is probably why I still visit this place. -

I think that at this point, I have given up on any movie theaters that offers food. We came to see Lion King on opening night and had bought tickets online. There you can reserve your seat and just come in.
We came in early knowing that we wanted to get our food order in early. Otherwise, they will be bringing your food as the show is starting and block your view. Unfortunately even though we arrived 30 min ahead of time (before others got there) we didn't get our order taken until 5 min before the show. Then they brought the food and stood right in front of us. We continued to get our view obstructed because they then brought other people their food.
A suggestion, if you're trying to get to the other side of the theater, best not to walk in front of the customers. There's a designated walking area up front. Why are you trying to block people when you're just trying to get to the other side? Food was mediocre. The only thing I enjoyed were the chicken tenders and the milkshake.
The bill also took a while and we had to wait after everyone left for them to bring us our bill. We asked for it and perhaps they had misplaced it? It took another 15 min before it came and then another 15 min for them to run the credit card. Incredibly disappointed with this experience especially when it was a little bit of a drive for us to get there. I think we will just watch movies from now on the old fashion way! -

I never had any issues until the last four times that I have gone.
The food quality is TERRIBLE. The service is even worse. It takes at least 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge that you've pressed the red button and 35 minutes for you to get a to-go box. Took an hour for chicken tenders. They waste no time bringing your check out though.
On the plus side, on Tuesdays, tickets are $6 and this place could be a one stop shop for date night. -

Have been to this movie theater a lot and had progressively worse experiences each time . This is definitely the last time I will go here. During the movie the staff was very unprofessional, multiple instances of them standing in front of us for minutes at a time . Also they would have conversations with people during the film. Lastly their ear pieces were so loud you could hear them every time they were in the room.
Onto the facility itself, audio was so loud me and my bf ears were hurting. Secondly the seat are very stiff and immobile, not to forget sticky. Lastly, the bathrooms were gross and lacked soap and paper towels.
In conclusion would highly not recommend this place . If you want a good restaurant movie theater I suggest Cina Bistro in Johns Creek . -

This was my first time coming to this location. I would NEVER come back. To purchase the tickets it was a long wait time.
We arrived at the about theater 8:10. We were told we had to wait until 8:15, we would told they let people in 15 minutes before the movie.
We were allowed to be seated at 8:15. We already knew what we wanted to order because we looked online previously.
When we arrived inside the theater there was like 4 other people there. We pushed the button and placed our order at 8:24.
2 for $28
1/2 nachos with pico on the side
Chicken tenders and fries
Meat pizza without pepperoni
Pepsi and Tea
I was told that I couldn't make changes to the pizzas initially. But then he said I could at the last minute. The previews started at 8:30.
The nachos arrived WRONG. They put the pico on the nachos. The tea was a actual soda. So we sent both back. Waited patiently for them to bring the right items back.
The nachos were good when they were brought back correctly. We never got our replacement tea either.
We inquired about our order at 8:55 because everyone else was getting there food but us.
The lights went out for the movie to start at 9:00. I cancelled my order then, because I didn't want my food when I couldn't view it. My order was placed before some people was even seated.
The need to work on customer service. I wouldn't come back to the place for dinner and a movie. I get better food and service at a regular theater.
Side note: Madea Family Funeral was very funny!!
